How has your NAF experience prepared you for the NAF Future Ready lab internship?

How has what you have learned at school helped you so far in your internship?

I was able to use the skills learned in school to help better my contribution to the teamwork in my internship. I was able to grow my leadership skills in my ABS class and this has helped me while working with my group mates to get things done efficiently.

Was there a class where you learned valuable skills?

The DBA was the class has helped me learn valuable skills along with the student government (ASB) class from years ago.

What types of work-based learning activities such as mock interviews, job shadows, worksite tours, etc. helped prepare you? How?

I have written a resume for a work-based learning activity that helped me understand more about what goes in a resume and what companies/employers may be looking for, but I do not think that doing this has helped me prepare. I have done assignments and in general research on the companies and example questions/interviews for my interview which have extremely prepare for my interview.

Was there a class project that helped prepare you? How?

When thinking back to the projects I have done, there was no specific class project but rather all the projects, in general, have helped me with how I work with my group mates on assignments.
