Everyone has presentation fears and many people face them in their own different ways. When presenting, you have to be comfortable in your own skin and be loud. Not only that, but you do not want to fidget, move nor hide your hands, and many other things. Like how people have different ways they face their fears, I also have ways that work for me that help me face those fears.
One way I face my fears is to continuously practice over and over my lines. I try to rehearse my presentations in front of others for more practice before the real deal. Having rehearse so much before, gives me more confidence and comfort knowing I have done it before and can do it again. Another way I face my fear of presentation is to take deep breathes. Taking deep breathe helps relief some of the stress in the body. I personally find drinking lots of water before presenting helps when facing my fears. I fear not being able to present presentations where others can not hear. I have a quiet voice and I tend to get really thirsty and my throat becomes really dry, because of so drink water before presentation cools me down and helps me better project my voice in front of others.
